REGISTER YOUR NON-PROFIT TRAIL GROUP/COMMUNITY/ORGANIZATION FOR A CASH PRIZE! An Inaugural Event Sponsored by Conservation Works LLC at the Massachusetts Trails Conference
Help us begin a new tradition at the Conference to support a lucky non-profit trail group, community trail group, or other trail organization through your generous support of CONSERVATION WORKS’ first TRAILS CONFERENCE SILENT AUCTION. Several quality gifts have been donated and will be auctioned off to the highest bidders and the entire proceeds from the auction will be awarded to the trail group whose raffle ticket is pulled from the “hat” during the Social/Networking Hour at the end of the Conference!
The SILENT TRAILS AUCTION tables will be set up at the back of the main ballroom and we urge you to bid generously on all of the displayed items. (Everyone is eligible to bid on the items offered in the auction, but winners do have to be present at the end of the day to collect their prize). Bidding will close at the end of the afternoon break session. The gifts will go to the highest bidder. Winning bidders will be required to pick up their prizes from Conservation Works’ Leominster Office at a later date if they cannot be present for the announcement of winning bids during the Social/Networking hour at the end of the day (Winning bidders need to pay for their item by cash or check at the end of the day or the next highest bidder will be awarded the item).
All non-profit trail groups/communities/organizations who filled out a raffle ticket at the beginning of the conference will be eligible for the cash prize drawing at the end of the day. Only one ticket for each group will be placed in the raffle “hat”. The cash prize will consist of all the proceeds from the winning bids for the SILENT TRAILS AUCTION.
ITEMS ARE GOOD AS PERSONAL GIFTS, GIFTS FOR YOUR TRAIL GROUP, OR AS HOLIDAY GIFT ITEMS!!!
Please convey your thanks and support to the groups donating items for this event – Thank You!
